Teachers and Parents: Choose Your School!

The 3rd Annual DC Public Charter School Recruitment Expo set for Saturday, January 7th, 2012 (12 noon - 4 p.m.) at the Washington Convention Center will bring together the local charter school community, parents, prospective teachers, community members and vendors.  This event offers parents and teachers a one-stop opportunity to meet with school leaders to learn about the 53 DC charter schools in the city ahead of the enrollment period for the 2012-2013 school year. Teachers and others can also seek job opportunities available in charter schools.  There will be giveaways for attendees and activities for children at the Expo.  While registration ahead of time is not mandatory to attend the Expo, please reserve your spot so that you can avoid registration lines on site.  The Expo is hosted by the DC Public Charter School Board (PCSB), the DC Association of Chartered Public Schools (DCACPS) and Friends of Choice in Urban Schools (FOCUS).
